Integration Process Flow
Any new integrator to Payter Products & Services will follow a version of the following high-level process flow. The specific details and steps required will vary dependant upon the size and complexity of the project, the products and services used, and the level of customization required vs more off-the-shelf solutions. For larger and more complex projects, Integration & Implementation support often begins at the pre-sales stage, however the majority of engagements begin after a handover from the Payter Sales team.
The time taken to complete this process varies considerably as there are a large number of variables. Some integrations have been completed in a short 2-4 week timeline, whilst others can take several months. In either case, integrators can expect to be assigned an Implementation Consultant Project Manager to work with closely throughout the project, though should also expect to interact with other Integration Consultants within the wider team from time to time.
Integration Support and Implementation Project Management are functions of Payter’s Product Delivery & Implementation team. The team are currently based within the UK operating to UK Business Hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT/BST excluding UK Public Holidays and are contactable via email to integration@payter.nl
