Update Session

Limited functionality

This request is only available on the APOLLO terminal family.

This functionality has limited support from Issuers, and Acquirers and Hosts. Please check with Payter prior to implementing to ensure your chosen route is compatible.

Usage

• This command can be sent after having an open session (received a Session ID from the Auth Session command) with the transaction type set to Pre-Authorisation. It can be used to update the session to a new amount, either incremented or decremented.
