Integration Consultancy

Whilst integrators may feel confident and comfortable working with the documentation available, it is highly recommended to take part in an Integration Consultancy call with a consultant before embarking upon any design and development project. The consultant's understanding of Payter products and services, the numerous options available to achieve any given desired outcome, and of the technical implementation steps themselves, leaves them best placed to provide guidance on an optimum way forward for the project.

Integration consultants can also provide expert assistance in the initial setup and configuration of a test environment, including access to test accounts on the management and reporting portal, the issuance of API keys were required, and configuration of test devices.

Whilst this process might include recommendations to specific approaches or features, the benefit is often just as much in advising what features and associated documentation to ignore as to which ones to pay close attention to, saving developers time reviewing items that may not apply to the specific situation or use case.

Following Integration Consultancy and the start of the integration process, integrators are encouraged to make use of Payter’s Integration Support services to help in any way we can to complete the project as quickly and as successfully as possible.
