Payter Responsibilities
Payter supply hardware and software solutions for Unattended payment terminals. Payter must also ensure the holistic solution is used appropriately and within certified parameters.

- Software/API Integration

Integrator Definition and Responsibilities
The integrator is creating the solution, that includes Payter hardware and/or software, and will be provided to consumers or a 3rd Party.
- Integrator will confirm:
- Their selected software integration method from the list of supported options
- The hardware or mechanical Integration approach
- Who the Merchant(s) of Record will be
- Any other relevant information, as soon as it is known
- Integrator will agree to Integration testing and approval
- Integrator will agree to defined Go-Live processes
3rd Party Definition
The 3rd party is optional, and may have a wide range of roles:
- Hardware manufacturer e.g. Kiosk, Charger, Terminal Housing
- Independent Sales Organization (ISO) - Integrator contracted to ISO to deliver holistic Unattended solution
- End User - Solution is marketed to users by the Integrator e.g. A Charge Station Management System to be sold to multiple Charge Point Operators
- Intermediary Software as a Service (SaaS) partner e.g. an RFID card provider with specific requirements
3rd Party Responsibilities
- 3rd Party will ensure their requirements are well defined prior to and during Integration
- 3rd Party will agree to maintenance activity on the solution
