Enhancements

• The authorize request now takes an optional callback URL. With a callback, the request returns straight away, and the Cloud Payment Service calls the callback URL when the authorization completes. Without a callback, the request works as before.

Issues resolved

• An authorize request to an Apollo family terminal now responds the same way as one to a P6X terminal. It returns 200, with a result of Approved, Declined, or Failed, and returns 500 only on a timeout. Before, Apollo family terminals returned 200 only for an approved transaction, and 500 in every other case.
