`0x06`	Unknown Card
`0x07`	Transaction Cancelled
`0x08`	Incorrect UI Screen
`0x09`	Internal Error
`0x0A`	No Transaction Running
`0x0B`	Duplicate Session Id Found
`0x0C`	Session ID not Found
`0x0D`	Requested service not supported by terminal configuration
`0x0E`	Request service, payment application in invalid state
`0x0F`	Overflow (Data returned too large)
`0x10`	Access Denied
`0x11`	Not Ready (for example during system startup)
