Enhancements

• For a CPO that requires the PTP role, a Payter Administration can now set a role in the credentials module to PTP or OTHER,
• Payter Administration can now configure custom module IDs for each platform.
• We now log a warning when a registration has no RECEIVER interface for the credentials module.

Issues resolved

• Fixed a missing token in our response to a credentials request from a CPO.
